上海市长宁区20所养老院消毒效果监测分析

目的了解养老院消毒效果。方法空气用营养琼脂平板暴露法检测;餐具表面、环境物体表面、工作人员手采样均以浸湿无菌生理盐水的棉签涂抹25cm2,按《托幼机构环境、空气、物体表面卫生标准》(DB31/8-2004)进行检测评价。结果总合格率为89.86%,一、二、三季度合格率分别是94.31%、77.61%、91.67%,一、三季度合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.59,P>0.05),但分别于第二季度的合格率(77.61%)相比差异均有统计学意义(χ2=10.20,P<0.01;χ2=5.33,P<0.05)。检测项目中,总合格率由高到低是室内空气(100.00%)、环境物体表面(93.42%)、餐具表面(91.47%)、工作人员手(74.47%),在29件阳性物品中,手占44.83%,环境物体表面占37.93%,餐饮具表面占17.24%,均检测到大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌。结论应尽快制订针对养老院传染病(院内感染)的管理和消毒管理办法,加强消毒专业知识培训,重点抓好手和环境物体表面的消毒,保护老年人群的身心健康。

Monitoring and analysis on the disinfection effect of 20 beadhouses in Changning district of Shanghai
