2007-2009年青岛市八家医疗机构消毒质量监测与评价

目的为了解青岛市8家医疗机构消毒质量情况,对监测中存在的问题进行分析,为防止医源性感染提供依据。方法按照《消毒技术规范》、《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15682-1995和《全国医疗机构消毒与感染控制监测方案》,对青岛市8家医疗机构2007年7月-2009年12月份消毒后空气、物体表面、口腔用水、卫生手、外科手、污水、内镜等进行监测。结果合格率分别为:外科手90%,卫生手75%,物体表面93%,内镜86%,口腔科手机喷水18%,冲洗水22%,污水生物监测74%。结论医疗机构消毒质量有待提高,尤其是口腔用水卫生,应加强消毒管理工作,增强广大医务人员医院感染意识,减少医院感染事件的发生。
