| 摘 要： | 目的了解铁路旅客艾滋病知识、态度和行为现状,探索在车站、列车上建立高效艾滋病宣传的方式。方法在列车上按照整群抽样原则随机抽取2 027名旅客进行问卷调查,内容包括旅客基本情况、艾滋病知识态度行为、宣传方式。结果旅客艾滋病知识中"目前艾滋病能够预防"、"不安全性行为可以传播艾滋病"、"共用注射器可以传播艾滋病"知晓率较高,分别为98.9%、89.3%、89.2%;"目前艾滋病不能治愈"知晓率最低为16.5%。"列车员现场宣传"是艾滋病宣传最好的方式占78.2%。结论铁路旅客艾滋病知识总体知晓率较高,但不代表人们了解避免艾滋病传播的具体行为方式,在艾滋病知识宣传中要把传播途径与人们的日常行为方式结合起来进行讲解;列车员现场宣传是最好的艾滋病宣传方式。
