| 摘 要： | 目的了解我市儿童预防接种证查验情况,探讨有效的管理方法。方法收集入托入学儿童预防接种证查验和疫苗补种资料,采用Excel2003、SPSS14.0进行统计学分析。结果 2006-2010年全市托幼机构、学校预防接种证查验率、普及率均为100.00%,入托入学儿童预防接种持证率为80.13%。疫苗漏缺种程度从高到低依次为流脑疫苗、白破疫苗、乙脑疫苗、脊灰疫苗、含麻疹成分疫苗、百白破疫苗、乙肝疫苗、卡介苗。疫苗补种率89.79%～98.14%。结论建议采取多种措施,促进入托入学接种证查验和疫苗补种工作。
