| 摘 要： | 目的分析贵州省伤寒和甲型副伤寒沙门菌的耐药状况,为临床用药及防控提供依据。方法采用改良K-B法对伤寒、甲型副伤寒沙门菌株进行药物敏感试验。结果贵州省9个市(州、地)26个县(区)的113株伤寒沙门菌和518株甲型副伤寒沙门菌对10种抗生素进行药物敏感性测定。其中伤寒沙门菌除对C IP不耐药,对其余9种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药,甲副沙门菌仅对CFT、NAL、SMZ有不同程度耐药,耐药率达0.88%~95.95%,个别地区出现了对第三代头孢类药的多重耐药株。结论贵州省伤寒、甲副沙门菌耐药情况已较为严重,尤其是多重耐药菌可能会造成伤寒和甲型副伤寒的流行或暴发。加强耐药性监测,指导临床合理用药,对预防控制伤寒和甲型副伤寒具有重要意义。
