| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析艾滋病确证实验室的HIV抗体检测数据,了解各艾滋病筛查实验室与确证实验室检测结果之间的差异,提出改进措施,提高检测质量。方法用2种不同的试剂对2010年各艾滋病筛查实验室送检的2 312例标本进行HIV抗体筛查和WB确证试验。结果筛查实验室与确证实验室之间的HIV抗体初筛结果符合率为99.61%,确证实验室初筛为阳性的2 303例样本中有2 184例确证阳性、70例阴性、58例不确定。结论艾滋病筛查实验室与确证实验室检测结果一致性高,筛查实验与确证试验的符合率为94.79%,筛查实验存在一定的假阳性,初筛呈阳性反应的标本必须进行确证试验,对确证试验不确定的标本需进行随访。
