| 摘 要： | 目的了解西宁市食品卫生质量现状,为保障群众身体健康提供决策依据。方法对2007-2008年西宁市部分食品监测资料进行分析。结果 2007-2008年共检测样品715份,合格663份,合格率为92.73%。不同年份间合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各类食品中,罐头、饮料、糖果蜜饯的合格率最高(100.00%),肉类及制品最低(80.83%)。不同类别、样品产地的样品间合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同的采样地点中,商店商场的合格率最高(99.55%),集贸市场的合格率最低(88.06%)。不合格项目主要有细菌总数、大肠菌群、亚硝酸盐。结论应对农贸市场、食品加工作坊等加强监督监测,以提高西宁市食品卫生质量。
