手法联合中药热敷治疗腰-硬联合麻醉后腰痛的疗效观察

目的探讨手法联合中药热敷治疗对腰-硬联合麻醉患者疼痛和临床疗效的影响。方法选择2008年4月至2009年5月收治的行腰-硬联合麻醉、全子宫切除术的妇科患者94例,分为治疗组（63例）和对照组（31例）。对照组给予常规腰部放松疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予手法联合中药热敷治疗。3天为1个疗程,1个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果经疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价,治疗组治疗后评分平均为（2.47±1.42）分,对照组平均为（4.35±1.63）分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P值〈0.01）。治疗组总有效率为90.48%;对照组总有效率为77.42%。Ridit检验提示,总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组（u=3.42,P值〈0.01）。结论手法联合中药热敷治疗腰-硬联合麻醉后腰痛,能明显改善腰痛症状,提高临床疗效。

Curative effect of manipulation combined with herbal fomentation on lumbar pain after combined spinal-epidural anesthesia

Objective To investigate the effects of manipulative combined with herbal fomentation on lumbar pain after combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Methods 94 cases with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and total laparoscopic hysterectomy from our hospital were enrolled from April 2008 to May 2009.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to patient's will.Patients of the control group received routine relaxation treatment; Patients of the treatment group received manipulative combined with herbal fomentation.Three days as a course.Curative effects were assessed one courses later. Pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale before and after the treatment.Results It was ( 2.47±.42 ) after treatment in the control group, and ( 4.35±1.63 ) in the treatment group.The decrease was more significant in the treatment group than the control group( P<0.0l ).The total effective rate was 90.48% in the control group; and 77.42%in the treatment group ( P< 0.01 ).Conclusions Manipulative combined herbal fomentation can remarkably relieve lumbar pain and improve clinical curative effect in the patients with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.
