| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P-gp170在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法运用免疫组织化学S-P法检测9例正常膀胱粘膜组织和40例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P-gp170的表达水平,利用图像分析技术测量阳性细胞的平均光密度值。结果膀胱移行细胞癌P-gp170的平均光密度值高于正常膀胱粘膜组织,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;化疗后复发的移行细胞癌P-gp170的平均光密度值明显高于初发膀胱移行细胞（P〈0.05）。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P-gp170的平均光密度值与病理分级有关（P〈0.05）,与TNM分期无关（P〉0.05）。结论P-gp170在膀胱移行细胞癌组织,特别在复发性移行细胞癌组织中高表达,可能与移行细胞癌化疗耐药性、发生及发展有关联,具有一定的临床意义。
