| 摘 要： | 为推广经皮激光消融技术在临床上的应用,该文介绍了经皮激光消融技术,分析了国内外经皮激光消融技术在临床中的应用现状与在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展。介绍了医用激光的分类及其生物学效应以及经皮激光技术在肿瘤消融上的应用,在肿瘤消融上的最新研究进展。最后指出,经皮激光肿瘤消融技术在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the clinical applications of percutaneous laser ablation （PLA） technology, this paper firstly introduced this technology and analyzed its current applications in China and worldwide. Then the category and biology effects of this technology as well as its applications and developments in tumor thermal ablation were introduced. Finally, we pointed out believed that PLA will have a bright future in clinical tumor ablation application. |
