| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察乳健安胶囊对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的治疗作用。方法: 复制动物乳腺增生模型,灌乳健安,观察功能学、组织细胞学变化和性激素水平变化。结果: 乳健安胶囊明显改善大鼠乳腺组织增生性病理形态学变化,其主要表现为明显减少乳腺小叶数和腺泡数,显著减小乳腺体积、腺泡腔直径及乳房直径。同时显著降低血清雌二醇水平和血清孕酮水平(P<0.01)。结论: 乳健安治疗乳腺增生病效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Rujianan capsule(RJAC) on mammary hyperplasia in rats.Methods:RJAC,a traditional Chinese medicine,was given to hyperplasia model of rats by per oral.The changes of mammary histocytes,function and sex hormone were observed.Results:RJAC can mend hyperplastic pathologic changes.It can reduce the volume and diameter of mammary gland,the number of breast leaflets and acini.The serum estrogen(E 2) level and the serum progesterone(P) level were decreased(P<0.01).Conclusions:RJAC is effective in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland. |
