| 摘 要： | 目的研究p14ARF、p16INK4a蛋白在小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer, SCLC)中的表达及其临床意义.方法应用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测24例SCLC癌组织标本中两种蛋白表达.结果 24例标本中,15例p14ARF蛋白表达阴性(62.50%),4例p16INK4a蛋白表达阴性(16.67%),3例p14ARF、p16INK4a蛋白表达均阴性(12.50%).p14ARF、p16INK4a蛋白阴性率均与患者性别、年龄、临床分期及淋巴结转移无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 SCLC中p14ARF、p16INK4a蛋白表达阴性是各自独立的事件,可能与SCLC的发生有关,其中p14ARF表达阴性占主要地位.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expressions of p14 ARF and p16 INK4a proteins in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and the clinical significance. Methods The expressions of p14 ARF and p16 INK4a proteins in 24 SCLC samples were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The negative expression rates of p14 ARF and p16 INK4a were 62.50% (15/24) and 16.67% (4/24), respectively. Negative expressions of p14 ARF and p16 INK4a were found in 3 cases (12.50%). The negative expression rates of p14 ARF and p16 INK4a were not associated with the clinical stages, lymph node metastasis, age, and sex of the patients ( P >0.05). Conclusion The negative expressions of p14 ARF and p16 INK4a proteins in SCLC, particularly that of p14 ARF , may be associated with the genesis of SCLC. |
