摘    要:目的 ]研究谷氨酸铬对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖水平及肝糖原含量的影响 .方法 ]采用葡萄糖氧化酶 过氧化物酶法及过碘酸 雪夫氏法 .结果 ]实验组动物血糖与实验前及糖尿病对照组相比 ,均有明显下降 ,且肝糖原含量与糖尿病对照组相比明显增高 .结论 ]谷氨酸铬对实验性糖尿病小鼠具有降糖作用 ,并可促进肝糖原的合成

Abstract:OBJECTIVE?To study the effect of chromium glutamate for the livel of blood sugar and liver glycogen in experimental diabetic mice.?METHODS?Methods of GOD PAP and PAS were used.?RESULTS?Compared with pro experiment and diabetic control group, blood sugar in experimental group was obviously decreased, and compared with diabetic control group, content of liver glycogen in experimental group was increased. ?CONCLUSION?Chromium glutamate had effects of decreasing blood sugar and facilitating synthesis of liver glycogen in experimental diabetic mice.
