摘 要: | 目的:通过对凋亡抑制因子Livin在结肠癌组织表达情况的测定,探讨其与结肠癌各临床因素之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Livin在100例结肠癌、30例腺瘤、30例癌旁组织、15例正常结肠组织和60例癌旁淋巴结中的表达情况。结果:Livin在结肠癌组织、腺瘤、癌旁组织、正常结肠组织中表达率分别为60%、53.5%、16.7%,存在明显差异。Livin在结肠癌组织分化、临床Duckes分期、淋巴结及远隔脏器转移组与未转移组的表达阳性率未见明显差异。Livin在癌旁淋巴结阴性组与阳性组中的表达分别为14.14%,73.3%,有明显统计学差异。结论:Livin在结肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用。Livin的表达与结肠癌患者的预后无明显相关性。Livin可能成为检测淋巴结有无转移的标志物。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of apoptosis inhibitory factor livin in colon cancer tissue and to research its relationship with various clinical factors of colon cancer. Methods :Using immunnohistochemistry S-Pmethod to examin the expression of livin in 100 specimen of colon cancer , 30 specimen of benign tumour, 30 specimen of paracancerous, 15 specimen of normal colon tissue and 60 specimen of para-cancerous lymph nodes. Result :The positive rate of livin in colon cancer tissue, benign tumor, adjacent tissue, normal tissue was 60%, 53.5%, 40% and 16.7% ,with obvious difference. There was no significant difference of livin in colon cancer histological differentiation,clinical Ducks stages and the positive expression of group with lymph nodes and distant organ metastasis and without metastasis. The positive expression of livin in negative lymphynodes and positive lymphnodes of para-cancerous was 14.3% and 81.3%, with significant statistical difference. Conclusions : The expression of livin plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer. There is no significant correlation of livin with prognosis of colon cancer patients. |
