CT在脑性瘫痪诊断中的应用

目的:探讨CT在小儿脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)诊断中的作用。方法:对105例小儿脑瘫头颅CT进行回顾性分析。结果:105例中75例头颅CT阳性,CT异常率71.43％,其中脑萎缩最常见(3.38％);临床类型中痉挛型最多见(59.05％)。不同年龄组中,年龄越小,CT异常率越高。结论:CT有助于早期发现病变,帮助寻找病因及定位,还可为判断本病的预后提供依据,在脑瘫的诊断中具有重要作用。

The Function of CT in Diagnosing Cerebral Palsy

Objective:To study the function of CT in diagnosing the cerebral palsy. Methods: CT manifestations of 105 patients with cerebral palsy were retrospectively analysed.Results:In 105 patients,the skull CT in 75 of them were positive,the abnormal rate of CT was 71.43% ,and the most common one was encephalatrophy(32.38% ) .In clinical types,the most common one was the spasm type(59.05% ) .In different age groups,the smaller the age was,the higher the CT abnormal rate was.Conclusions:CT examination can help to early find out the disease lesion, to find the disease reasons and to locate the position of the disease. So CT can play an important role in diagnosing cerebral palsy and provide important basic information for judging the prognosis of this disease.
