舒芬太尼在妇科肿瘤患者术后皮下自控镇痛中的应用

目的 评价舒芬太尼用于妇科肿瘤术后患者皮下自控镇痛(PCHA)的疗效和安全性.方法 将60例妇科肿瘤术后患者分为舒芬太尼组(S组,n=30)和芬太尼组(F组,n=30),分别使用舒芬太尼和芬太尼进行术后PCHA.记录术后4、8、24和48 h的生命体征,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)并观察不良反应,记录患者对PCHA满意度.结 果舒芬太尼组术后各时间点VAS评分均低于芬太尼组(P＜0.05).结论 舒芬太尼用于妇科肿瘤术后PCHA的镇痛、镇静效果强于芬太尼.

Clinical observation of patient controlled subcutaneous analgesia with Sufentanil for postoperative gynecologic tumor

Objective To investigate the effect,safety and complication of patient controlled hypodermic analgesia(PCHA) with sufentanil in patients undergoing gynecologic tumor surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing gynecologic tumor surgery were randomly divided into two groups of PCHA with sufentanil(group S,30 cases) and fentanil(group F,30 cases).The visual analogue scale(VAS),side effects and satisfaction were recorded at 4,8,24 and 48 h during PCHA.Results Compared with group F,VAS scores of group S at some time point in 4~48 hours were less and sedation scores were higher(P<0.05).Conclusions PHCA with sufentanil is effective and safe for treatment of postoperative pain after gynecologic tumor surgery.The effect of analgesia and sedation of sufentanil is better than of fentanil.
