| 摘 要： | 目的:调查社区门诊病人对国家基本药物制度的认知情况,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用自制调查问卷,调查山东省济南市、潍坊市和聊城市社区门诊病人共计739名。结果:社区门诊病人国家基本药物制度知晓率仅为36.5%,Logistic回归分析显示地区、性别、文化程度和职业差异是主要影响因素。结论:加快实施国家基本药物制度的进程;鼓励医务人员向妇女、低文化程度居民等重点人群宣传普及国家基本药物制度相关知识。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the cognition and influencing factors of the National Essential Drug System among community outpatients.Methods:A questionnaire survey on 739 community outpatients in Jinan,Weifang and Liaocheng of Shandong Province.Results:The rate of awareness of the National Essential Drug System among community outpatients is only 36.5%.The region,sex,educational level and occupation differences are the major influencing factors.Conclusion:Speed up the implementation process of the National Essential Drug System,encourage doctors to propagate and spread related knowledge to women,low educated residents and other key groups. |
