| 摘 要： | 目的：测定扶正抑瘤颗粒中总多糖的含量。方法：采用苯酚－硫酸法测定。结果：扶正抑瘤颗粒中总糖含量为3．0％，该方法线性关系良好（r=0.9988)，平均回收率为97．95％，RSD为1．85％。结论：该方法简单，准确和重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

| Abstract: | Object To determine the content of total astragalan in FUZHENG YILIU GRANULES Methods The determination was performed by phenol-sulfuric acid method Results The content of total astragalan in FUZHENG YILIU GRANULES was 3 0%, the linearity of this method was quite satisfactory (r= 0 998 8), and the average recovery rate was 97 95%, RSD=1 85% Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and available for quality control of the GRANULES |
