电白县消灭脊髓灰质炎免疫策略与效果分析

目的 分析消灭脊髓灰质炎免疫策略和效果，为保持无脊髓灰质炎状态和控制以至消灭其他疾病制定有效措施提供科学依据。方法 核实电白县疫情报告资料，进行流行病学分析。结果 实施脊健灰质炎免疫策略使儿童免疫接种率保持〉85％，1994年起无脊灰病例。结论 经国家审评电自县率先消灭了儿童脊髓灰质炎。常规免疫接种、AFP监测、强化免疫均保持高效运转。

Immunization programme and its elTeet for eradicating polio in dianbai

Objective By analyzing the polio immunization programme and its effect to provide some scientific base for working out effective measures to control and eradicate other diseases as well as to maintain a polio -free state. Methods Check the report on epidemic situation and analyze the data epidemiologically. Results After the polio immunization programme,no new cases of polio have been found since 1994 ,with the inoculation rate of the vaccine among children maintaining above 85 per cent. Conclusion The appraisal proved that Dianbai has taken the lead in eradicating polio among children,besides,routine vaccination,AFP monitor and intensive immunization are functioning effectively.
