| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法测定济生肾气颗粒剂中丹皮酚、桂皮醛的含量 ,并对其提取条件和分离条件进行了筛选 ,检测波长为 2 77nm ,平均加样回收率为 99 6 0 %和 98 6 8% ,RSD =1 1%和0 74%。 |

| Abstract: | The contents of paeonol and cinnamyl aldehyde in the Jishengshenqi Granules were determined by HPLC. The conditions for the extraction and separation were selected. The wavelength of the detector was set at 277 nm.The average recoveries were 99.60% and 98 68% respectively with RSD=1.1% and 0 74%. |
