无牙颌患者全口义齿满意度与心理因素的关系

目的：通过探讨无牙颌患者的全口义齿满意度与心理因素的关系．为全面提高全口义齿的临床修复效果提供理论依据。方法：在控制全口义齿质量的条件下。采用一般情况问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表、家庭支持度评定量表和全口义齿满意度问卷．对146例全口义齿修复的无牙颌患者施测，分析患者的心理因素对其满意度的影响。结果：是否存在焦虑或抑郁、家庭支持度和教育水平以及镶牙期望度的高低、是否获得过镶牙保健常识和镶牙经历均对全口义齿满意度产生影响（均P〈0．01），而经济收入的高低对患者的全口义齿满意度没有显著性影响（P〉0．05）。结论：全口义齿修复治疗不仅要提高技术质量。同时要重视对修复前患者的心理状况评估，如焦虑、抑郁、家庭重要成员的支持度等。应进一步加强口腔修复知识宣教，使患者对修复后义齿的使用有正确的预期。

Study on the relationships between the psychological factors and patients" satisfaction with complete dentures

Objective：To investigate the effects of patients＇ psychological factors on their satisfaction with new complete dentures,so as to provide us with reliable knowledge and to improve the performance of clinical complete dentures.Methods：Under the condition of controlling the quality of complete dentures,146 subjects were investigated by using the personal information questionnaire,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,Family Support Questionaire and the patients＇ denture satisfaction questionnaire.One-Way ANOVA analysis and Independent-samples T test were used to investigate the relationships between the psychological factors and patients＇ satisfaction with their complete dentures.Results：Anxiety,depression,the degrees of family support,educational levels,denture expectation,care knowledge of dentures and denture experience play important roles in patients＇ satisfaction with complete dentures （all P〈0.01）,but income levels have no significant effect on it （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：The prosthodontists should not only improve the technological quality of prostheses,but also pay attention to patients＇ psychology evaluation,such as anxiety,depression and the support from family members,associated with the education of care knowledge of dentures,all of which will be very helpful for the patients to learn the prognosis of dentures＇ performance properly.
