氯氮平、利培酮、奎硫平对精神分裂症患者血脂的影响

目的：探讨氯氮平、利培酮及奎硫平对首发精神分裂症患者血脂的影响。方法：选择住我院治疗的首发精神分裂症患者93例，分别单一用氯氮平、利培酮及奎硫平治疗。治疗前、治疗第4周末和治疗第8周末检测甘油三酯、胆固醇。结果：氯氮平、奎硫平对甘油三酯升高影响显著高于利培酮（P〈0．05）；氯氮平对胆固醇升高影响显著高于奎硫平、利培酮。结论：氯氮平对精神分裂症血脂影响最大。其次奎硫平。最小是利培酮。对服用氯氮平、奎硫平患者应定期监测血脂。

The effects of clozapine risperidon and quetiapine on lipid levels of schizophrenia

Objective:The goal of this study is to compare the effects of novel a tepsycholics,such as clozapine,risperidon and queiiapine on lipid levels.Methods:The charts of 93 patients were divided three groups.Triglyceride and cholesterol and lipoproteen were calculated from the beginning and four weeks,eight weeks after the use target anlipsychotic.Results: There were statistically significant differences in triglyceride levels among the patients treated with clozapine,quetiapine and risperidon,Clozapine and quetiapine,produced more serious affects than quetiapine in raising cholesterol.Conclusions: It has been shown that the effects of quetiapine on lipid levels is more serious than risperidon on lipid levels,but less than clozapine Routine mouitoring lipid levels during treatment with novel antipsy chotics should be advocated.
