| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ABCD2评分对短暂性脑缺血发作后7d内发生脑梗死的预测价值。方法按照ABCD2评分标准,进行110例TIA患者的评分并观察7d内脑梗死的发生率。结果 110例TIA患者中低危(0～3分)、中危(4～5分)和高危(6～7分)组7d内发生脑梗死的比例分别为3%、31%和64%(P<0.05)。结论 ABCD2评分法的预测价值高,是临床上预测TIA短期进展为脑梗死的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of ABCD2 score in predieting cerebral infarction of transient ischemic attack patients within 7 days. Methods 110 TIA patients were evaluated according to ABCD2 criteria. The occurrence of cerebral infarction was observed in 7 days. Results The 7-day risks of stroke in the patients were 3% with a low ABCD2 score （0-3） , 32% with the moderate score （4-5） , and 64% with the high score （6-7） （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions The predictive accuraey of ABCD2 is significantly high, ABCD2 criteria is effeetive to predict the occurrence of cerebral infarction in shortterm of TIA. |
