小儿静脉留置针在临床应用中的研究

目的探讨小儿静脉留置针的影响因素,提高留置针穿刺成功率。方法将200例患儿随机分为两组,一组传统组,一组治疗组。结果治疗组家长满意率高(P<0.05),而传统组家长满意率低(P<0.05)。结论治疗组无论从主要不良反应还是反复扎针比例都明显优于传统组;在对住院患者满意度的调查中显示,治疗组由于减少穿刺的次数,血管受损次数少,不良反应小,使患儿和家长能够接受和配合治疗,家长满意率高。

The Clinical Application of Pediatric Intravenous Indwelling Needle

Objective To explore the influence factors of intravenous indwelling needle in children,improve the success rate of puncture indwelling needle.Method 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group of traditional group,a group treatment group.Results The treatment group parent satisfaction rate（P0.05）,while the traditional group parent satisfaction rate base（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment group of from repeated puncture proportion or major adverse reaction was better than the traditional group;in the satisfaction survey,the treatment group due to venous puncture less,vein injury rate is low,with less adverse reactions,so that children and parents to accept and cooperate with the treatment,parent satisfaction rate.
