妊娠期高血压高危孕妇早期干预的疗效观察

目的对妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇早期干预治疗的临床疗效。方法 2007年1月至2009年12月期间本院产科就诊的妊娠期高血压高危孕妇126例实施早期干预,随机分成对照组(63例)和观察组(63例),对照组高危孕妇给予心理和饮食等方面的一般性干预,观察组在此基础上给予相关的药物实施治疗,观察比较两组高危者的疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组进展为妊高征者少;合并症及产后并发症、早产、产后出血、剖宫产者、胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息的发病率明显降低(P<0.05)。新生儿的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇实施早期干预,对控制病情、降低发病率及母婴病死率,改善妊娠结局具有确切的临床疗效。

Efficacy Observed of Gestational Hypertension Risk Pregnant Women Early Intervention

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the high-risk pregnant women early intervention treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Methods January 2007- December 2009 126 cases of gestational hypertension risk pregnant women to hospital obstetric clinic of the implementation of early intervention, were randomly divided into a control group （63 cases） and observation group （63 cases） and control group at high risk pregnant women given the general psychological and diet intervention, observation group, the drug is given on the basis of the implementation of treatment efficacy observed two groups of high-risk persons. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group Progress, PIH few; complications and postpartum complications, premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia incidence was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05 ） . Newborn rated higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion For high-risk pregnant women of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, early intervention, the exact clinical efficacy control of the disease, to reduce morbidity and maternal and child mortality, improve pregnancy outcomes.
