渐进式护理对改善乳腺癌改良根治术后的应用效果观察

目的探讨渐进式护理对乳腺癌改良根治手术患者的影响。方法随机抽取2009年8月至2012年3月收治的乳腺癌改良根治手术患者68例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予渐进式的康复护理,对比观察患者护理效果。结果实验组护理1个月后,其肩关节活动程度好,自我效能高,上肢功能自我评定高,与对照组患者各个指标比较均有较大差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用渐进式护理有助于改善乳腺癌患者是上肢功能,促进其上肢功能早期恢复,值得应用。

Application of Progressive Care to Improve Breast Cancer Improved after Radical Effect Observed

Objective To investigate the progressive care of Modified Radical surgery patients.Method Randomly selected August 2009 to March 2012 admitted to breast cancer modified radical surgery in 68 patients for the study were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received conventional care,the experimental group was given the gradual rehabilitation care,comparative observation The effect of patient care.Results The experimental group care a month later,the degree of the shoulder joint activities,self-efficacy,self-assessment of upper limb function,were different between the various indicators of the control group patients（P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The progressive care help to improve breast cancer patients of upper limb function,promote early recovery of upper limb function,should be applied.
