彩色多普勒超声对脾脏肿瘤的评价

摘    要:本文报告了1993-1996年应用彩色多普勒超声检查,并经手术病理证实或X线CT及随访3年以上的14例脾脏占位性病变。其中良性肿瘤8例,恶性肿瘤6例。并就二维图像、彩色多普勒血流特征及血流参数测值进行分析讨论。认为脾脏良性肿瘤CDFI示瘤体内及周边可有丰富的血供,但大多为静脉血流,部分可为动脉血流,但都呈低速低阻动脉频谱。Vmax最大为45cm/s,RI≤0.60;而恶性肿瘤多表现为动脉血供,且为高速高阻的动脉频谱。Vmax最大可达141cm/s,RI≤0.65。

Abstract:CDFI of 14 cases of splenic tumors were reported from 1993 to 1996,8 cases maligant and 6 cases of benign tumors, which were proved by pathology and X - ray CT and followed up more than 3 years. Sonograghy, features of flow and measurement values of blood flow were analysed and discussed. The blood flow supply within and arround splenic tumors is mainly venous, partly artery. The frequency spectrum of artery in benign splenic tumors shows low velocity and resistance. The maximum velocity is 45 cm/a and RIis less than 0.6. The arterial supply of malignant tumor appears high velocity and resistance, which maximum velocity is 141 cm/s, RI more than or equal to 0.65.
