| 摘 要： | 本文报告73例76个膝关节的关节镜应用,随访47例,平均随访11.8个月.其中疗效优29例,良16例,差2例,优良率95.7%.作者认为膝关节镜对膝关节疾患的诊断和治疗具有创伤小、诊断准确等优点.并对关节冲洗治疗、镜检注意事项及并发症进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | The results of arthroscopy or arthroscopic synovectomy on 76 knee joints in 73 cases are reported. 47 cases were followed up for 2 to 24 months with an average of 11. 8 months. The curative effects were excellent in 29 knees (61. 7%),good in 16(31. 3%)and poor in 2(4. 2%). The operative procedure and value of knee arthroscopy together with it' s advantages are discussed in detail. |
