阿托伐他汀对脑梗塞患者血脂及C反应蛋白的影响

[目的]探讨阿托伐他汀对脑梗塞患血脂及C反应蛋白值的影响．[方法]选取40例脑梗塞合并高脂血症的患，随机分为2个组，即阿托伐他汀组和辛伐他汀组，每组为20例，观察患用药前后血脂及C反应蛋白值的变化．[结果]患在用药4周后，阿托伐他汀组和辛伐他汀组血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及C反应蛋白值均显降低，阿托伐他汀组较辛伐他汀组降低更为明显，两组间低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及C反应蛋白值有显性差异．[结论]阿托伐他汀可在短时间内降低脑梗塞患的血脂及C反应蛋白值，从而降低脑血管疾病的发生。

Effects of the Atorvastatin to blood lipid and C-reactive protein in cerebral infarct

OBJECTIVE?To explore the affection of Ato rv astatin to blood lipid and C-reactive protein in the patients with cerebral inf a rct.?METHODS?40 cases of cerebral infarct with hyperlipemia we re randomely divided into the Atorvastatin group and Simvastatin group to observ e the changes of blood lipid and C-reactive protein.?RESULTS? Af ter 4 weeks of treatment, the content of TG, TC, LDL-C and C-reactive protein w ere markedly decreased, that was decreased more significant in the Atorvastatin group than in the Simvastatin group, especially in LDL-C and C-reactive pr otei n.?CONCLUSION?The Atorvastatin could decrease blood lipid and C-reactive protein in short period to reduce the risk of cerebral vascular disease.
