| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨营养支持在矽肺结核病人临床治疗中的作用。方法：对４０例矽肺结核在抗痨和抗矽肺治疗的同时，根据病情给予肠内和肠外不同途径的营养支持。结果：治疗后与入院时比较：血红蛋白、白蛋白值明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）；症状减轻，病灶变小或吸收。结论：营养支持能改善矽肺结核病人的营养状况，可提高本病的治愈率

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the important role of nutritional support in the clinical treatment of silicotuberculosis. Methods:Forty cases of patients with silicotuberculosis were treated with anti silicosis and anti tuberculosis, in combination with nutritional support according to the situation of illness. Results:After the treatment hemoglobin and ablumin were remarkably higher than those at the beginning of hospitalization( P <0.05 or P <0.01 ).Clinical manifestations were abated and lessions in the lungs were lessened or absorbed. Conclusion:Nutritional support can improve the nutrition situation of the patient and increase the cure rate of silicotuberculosis. |
