一氧化氮合酶在继发癫痫的脑膜瘤中表达及其生物学意义

摘    要:目的探讨一氧化氮在脑膜瘤继发癫痫的发病机制中的作用。方法运用SABC免疫组化方法研究了一氧化氮合酶三种亚型在继发术前癫痫的脑膜瘤标本中的表达。结果在实验组与对照组脑膜瘤的组织切片中,诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)的表达有显著性差异(P<0.05),内皮组织型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的表达没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一氧化氮参与了脑膜瘤继发的术前癫痫发作病理过程,iNOS是诱发脑膜瘤继发术前癫痫的内源性一氧化氮的主要合酶,nNOS可以增强iNOS的诱导作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of nitric oxide in the pathogenesis of the preoperative epilepsy secondary to meningioma.Method The expression of nitric oxide synthases(NOS)in the meningiomas complicated by the preoperative epilepsy was detected by SABC immunohistochemical technique.Results There were significant differences in the expressions of iNOS(P<0.01)and nNOS(P<0.05),and insignificant difference in the eNOS expression(P>0.05)between both the experimental group and control group.Conclusions Maybe nitric oxide takes part in the pathogenesis of the preoperative epilepsy secondary to meningiomas.The iNOS is a main synthase of endogenic nitric oxide which probably induced the eplipsy secondary to meningiomas.The nNOS can enhance the induction of iNOS.
