| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF -I)与胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)的关系。方法 用放射免疫分析法 ,测定 36例IUGR(实验组 )和 4 2例正常晚期妊娠妇女 (对照组 )血清、羊水和脐静脉血清IGF -I的浓度。结果 IUGR组孕妇血清IGF -I浓度较对照组明显降低 ,2者相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。IUGR组脐静脉血清IGF -I浓度明显低于对照组 ,2者相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 IGF -I可能与IUGR的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relationship between the IGF-I and IUGR Methods The serum, amniotic fluid and umbilical serum of 36 cases of IUGR (test group) and 42 cases of normal pregnant women (control group) were detected with radio-immune analysis method. Results The serum concentration of IGF-I in test group was much lower than the control group and there was significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion IGF-I might have some relationship with the IUGR of fetus happening. |
