| 摘 要： | 目的综合评价水痘突发公共卫生事件(VPHE)中疫苗接种史的保护效果,为完善预防措施提出建议。方法查阅2012-2017年6期GDFETP学员现场流行病学调查资料汇编,收集其中采用了回顾性队列研究方法评价了VPHE中水痘疫苗接种史保护效果的研究资料,采用Rev Man 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果共收集到4起VPHE报告,4起VPHE中儿童水痘疫苗接种率为56. 76%～88. 95%,且基本上为1剂接种;接种组儿童罹患率为4. 07%～26. 92%。Q检验显示4个研究具有同质性,故采用固定效应模型进行Meta分析;漏斗图分析显示,未见有发表偏倚;森林图分析显示,综合疫苗保护效率为52%(95%CI:33%～65%)。结论在VPHE中,水痘疫苗接种史能发挥一定的保护作用,但1剂次接种无法全面有效阻断水痘传播,建议推荐2剂接种程序。
