摘    要:目的了解口腔器械消毒与灭菌方法及消毒灭菌效果状况。方法采用现场调查和抽样监测方法对北京市东城区口腔医疗机构进行了调查。结果医院口腔科总的检测合格率为97.64%,联合口腔诊所合格率93.51%,个体口腔诊所合格率74.68%。各项监测中,以室内空气合格率较低,只有54.65%;压力蒸汽灭菌效果检测合格率为98.79%。结论北京市东城区口腔诊疗机构消毒与灭菌质量整体较好,室内空气卫生合格率较低,个体诊所消毒隔离工作有待加强。

Abstract:Objective To know the method for disinfection and sterilization of oral medical instruments and the condition of disinfection and sterilization efficacy.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling monitoring method were used to carry out survey of stomatology institutions in Dongcheng District of Beijing.Results The overall eligible rate of stomatology departments in hospitals was 97.64%,the eligible rate of joint stomatology clinic was 93.51% and the eligible rate of private stomatology clinic was 74.68%.Among various monitoring items,the eligible rate of indoor air was relatively low,being only 54.65%.The eligible rate of efficacy of autoclaving was 98.79%.Conclusions The disinfection and sterilization quality in stomatology institutions of Dongcheng District in Beijing was relatively good as a whole.The sanitary eligible rate of indoor air was relatively low.The disinfection and isolation work of private clinic remains to be strengthened.
