大学生自我和谐及其与生活满意度的相关研究

目的了解大学生自我和谐的一般状况，揭示大学生生活满意度与自我和谐之间的关系。方法采用SCCS和CSLSS调查420名大学生，对数据进行相关分析、多元逐步回归等。结果不同学校、专业、性别大学生的自我和谐差异显著；大学生自我和谐与其生活满意度有显著相关；与朋友的关系、主观满意度还进入了自我和谐的回归方程。结论大学生具有一定程度的自我和谐；大学生与朋友的关系、主观满意度等能较好地预测其自我和谐程度。

Self consistency congruence and its correlation with life satisfaction in university students

Objective To understand the situation of the self consistency congruence and its correlation with life satisfaction in university students. Methods SCCS and CSLSS were adopted to investigate 420 university students, and the correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression were used on the data. Results There was a significant difference in the self consistency congruence of university students among different schools, majors and sex. There was a significant correlation between the self consistency congruence and llfe satisfaction, and the relation with friends and subjective life satisfaction entered into the regression equation of self consistency congruence. Conclusions University students have some degree of self consistency congruence, and the relation with friends and subjective life satisfaction can forecast their degree of self consistency congruence.
