一氧化氮与抗精子抗体对女性原因不明不孕影响的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨NO与抗精子抗体 (AsAb)对女性原因不明不孕的影响及NO与AsAb之间的关系。方法 :分别采用硝酸还原酶法、酶联免疫吸附法测定 10 0例原因不明女性不孕患者月经中期血清中NO及AsAb水平 ,其中原发不孕 3 4例 ,继发不孕 66例 ,并以 3 0例正常健康生育年龄妇女作为对照。结果 :原因不明不孕妇女血清中NO水平及AsAb阳性率显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,AsAb阳性与AsAb阴性妇女血清中一氧化氮水平比较 ,二者无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NO和AsAb是原因不明不孕的主要因素 ,但两者影响女性生殖过程的方式存在不同 ;NO合成酶抑制剂可能为高NO水平的不孕妇女提供新的治疗途径。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of NO and AsAb on unclear female infertility and the relationship between NO and AsAb.Methods:The levels of NO and AsAb in blood in the middle of menstrual cycle of 100 cases including 34 cases of primary infertility and 66 cases of secondary infertility were detected with ELISA and NO 3 -/NO 2. 30 healthy women at their child bearing served as normal control. Results:The NO level and the AsAb positive rate were remarkable higher than that of normal control group( P <0.01). There were no remarkable difference of NO levels between the AsAb positive and the AsAb negative women( P >0.05), however both levels were significantly higher than that of the normal control group( P <0.01).Conclusion:NO and AsAb are the main causes for the unclear female infertility and NO present different way of effect than AsAb does on female reproduction.NO synthetase inhibitor may provide a new therapy for infertility women with high NO level.
