| 摘 要： | 目的心痛滴剂制备工艺条件研究。方法采用正交实验,考察甲醇浓度、甲醇用量、提取时间、提取次数四个因素,对心痛滴剂提取率的影响。结果影响依次为甲醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间、甲醇用量。结论优选工艺条件为:加20倍量85%甲醇提取3次,每次2h。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting procedure of Xintong Drop.METHODS The L_9 orthogonal test was used to study the affects of methanol concentration,methanol dosage,extraction time and extraction times to the extraction effect and content of effective materials.RESULTS The methanol concentration had more affect,next was extraction time,extraction time and methanol dosage.CONCLUSION The optimum extracting procedure was as follows: extracted with 85% methanol,20 folds amount,for two times,each for 2 hours. |
