126名离退休人员抑郁的相关因素调查与对策

目的 探讨影响离退休人员抑郁发生的相关因素,并提出相应的保健对策.方法 应用"老年抑郁症测试简表"和自编的"抑郁相关因素调查表"调查126位离退休人员的心境障碍和心理失衡状况,并对所获数据输入SPSS10.0软件作统计分析.结果 58.7%的人员存在不同程度的抑郁,其影响的因素依次是:疾病困扰,感到自己无用、孤独、失落及生活拮据等.结论 建议开展形式多样的保健教育,提高自身保健意识;组织各种强身健体活动,提高身体素质;定期健康体检;给予多方面关爱等.

Investigation on the related factors of depression for 126 retired employees and strategies

Objective To explore the related factors of depression for retired employees and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods:The psychological obstacle and overbalance status of 126 retired employees were investigated by self-designed Geriatric Depression Test Brief Scale and the Depression-related Factors Investigating Form.All the data were tested by SPSS 10.0.Results 58.7% of people had depression,which was mostly influenced by illness,the sense of uselessness,loneliness,loss and the pinch of incomes,etc.Conclusion It is advisable to give various health educations,which can improve the sense of self-health care.Different kinds of exercises can enhance the physical qualities.Giving regular medical examination,developing their interest and giving more care are also adoptable.
