阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛短期内对同型半胱氨酸影响

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)短期内对同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)影响。方法:选择68例诊断明确的不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分成两组,常规组给予拜阿司匹林、氢氯吡格雷抗血小板聚集、低分子肝素抗凝治疗;治疗组在常规组基础上予阿托伐他汀40mg,每晚1次,口服。4周后比较两组同型半胱氨酸变化。结果:与对照组比较,每晚40mg阿托伐他汀能在4周内较明显降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,他汀类药物能在短期内降低血中同型半胱氨酸浓度,降低不稳定型心绞痛及动脉粥样硬化危险因素。

Short-time effects on homocysteine level after atorvastatin treatment of unstable angina

Objective To explore the short-time effects on homocysteine level after atorvastatin treatment of unstable angina.Method The 68 patients with confirmed diagnosis of unstable angina（UA）were divided randomly into the two groups,the control group was given aspirin,hydrogen clopidogrel,and low molecular heparin,and the treatment group was given atorvastatin（40 mg,qd oral at night）on the basis of treatment in the control group.The changes of homocysteine level after 4 weeks in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group could lower the homocysteine level obviously in 4 weeks.Conclusion Statin drugs can lower the homocysteine level in a short time,and lower the risk factors in unstable angina and atherosclerosis.
