| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察全直肠系膜切除(total mesorectal excision,TME)及双吻合器在直肠癌保肛手术中的应用效果。方法: 回顾性分析33例采用全直肠系膜切除、双吻合器行直肠癌前切除术患者临床资料。结果: 术后发生吻合口瘘1例,吻合口狭窄2例。术后随访1~5年,局部复发2例。3年生存率分别为80%。结论: 全直肠系膜切除及双吻合器在直肠癌保肛术中的应用能够降低局部复发,而且安全可靠,疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluated the values of both the total mesorectal excision(TME) and the double stapling technique in rectal carcinoma.Methods: Thirty-three patients with rectal carcinoma undergoing rectectomy with this technique were reviewed.Results: The anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 patient,and anastomotic stricture occurred in 2 cases in this group.All patients were followed up for 1 year to 5 years,and local recurrence occurred in 2 patients in this group.The rate of 3-year survival was 80%.Conclusions: Application of TME and the double stapling technique in anus preservation of rectal carcinoma can decrease the rate of local recurrence.It is safe,reliable and effective. |
