六安市高中学生吸烟状况及诱因分析

目的了解中学生吸烟状况及相关因素,为控制学生吸烟提供依据。方法采用无记名问卷调查方法调查。结果中学生总吸烟率为19.37%,高一年级为4.50%,高二为13.03%,高三为58.42%。各年级间吸烟率有显著性差异,年级越高,吸烟率越高。中学生吸烟的诱因有:好奇(75.76%)、追求时髦(61.21%)、学习紧张(47.27%)、凑热闹(26.06%)、消遣(20.00%)等。结论中学生吸烟率较高,必须对中学生吸烟采取综合性措施干预。

Smoking Situation of High School Students in Luan and Its Inducement Analysis

Objective To investigate the prevalence of smoking and related factors among middle school students so as to provide basis for controlling student smoking. Methods Investigation was conducted using an anonymous questionnaire. Results The total rate of smoking was 19.37% among middle school students. The rate for senior grade 1 to 3 was 4.50%, 13.03% and 58.42% respectively. There was significant difference of the rate among different grades. Curiouty (75.76%), chasing fashion (61.21%), learning stress (47.27%), social demand (26.06%), and leisure (20.00%) were all important smoking-reasons among middle school students.Conclusions The rate of smoking was high among middle school students. Comprehensive interventions should be implemented.
