超声诊断先天性胆总管囊肿的价值

目的探讨超声检查对先天性胆总管囊肿的诊断价值。方法对30例胆总管囊肿患者的超声检查结果进行回顾性分析并与手术及病理结果对照。结果超声诊断胆总管囊肿符合率为93.3%（28/30）,胆总管球形、椭圆形或梭形无回声区,囊肿与近端肝管相通是诊断本病的重要依据。结论胆总管囊肿的声像图表现较有特征性,超声可作为临床诊断的首选影像学方法 。

Ultrasound diagnosis for congenital choledochal cyst

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of congenital bile duct cysts.Methods 30 patients with common bile duct cyst sonography were retrospectively analyzed and compared with surgical and pathological findings.Results The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis of common bile duct cyst was 93.3% （28/30）. Common bile duct-cyst can be roundness, oval or spindle-shaped echoless zones, and cyst connected with the proximal hepatic duct was an important basis for the diagnosis of this disease.Conclusion Sonography of common bile duct cysts are more characteristic and ultrasonography can be used as the first choice for the clinical diagnosis of this disease.
