| 摘 要： | 清热药(黄连、黄柏)和滋阴药(熟地、麦冬)均能明显抑制小鼠胃肠推进运动及家兔离体小肠平滑肌自发活动;并能拮抗新斯的明引起的小鼠胃肠推进运动亢进及乙酰胆碱或氯化钡引起的家兔离体小肠平滑肌强直性收缩。

| Abstract: | The effects of Heat-clearing herbs and Yin-nourishing herbs on gastrointestinal motility in experimental animals were observed. The results were as follows: (1) Heat-clearing harbs and Yin-nourishing herbs could inhibit the gastrointestinal propulsion in the mice and antagonise the hyperactivity of gastrointestinal propulsion induced by neostigmine in the mice; (2) Heat-clearing herbs and Yin-nourishing herbs could inhibit the automatic activity of isolated intestine of rabbit and antagonise the spasmodic activity of isolated intestine of rabbit induced by actylcholine or barium chlorid. It is concluded that Heat-clearing herbs and Yin-nourishing herbs inhibit gastrointestinal motility by means of antagonising actylcholine and directly relaxing the smooth muscles of gastrointestinal tract. |
