| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症脑损伤患者两种不同的注入法肠内营养的效果评价。方法将置复尔凯螺旋型鼻肠管的重症脑损伤患者64例随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各32例。实验组利用输注泵持续泵入进行肠内营养治疗,对照组采用传统的方法用注射器分次注入进行肠内营养治疗,比较两组患者营养前、营养后第5d、第10d血清蛋白和血红蛋白的变化以及两组并发症的发生率。结果实验组血清蛋白和血红蛋白值明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论重症脑损伤患者应用输注泵进行早期肠内营养能增加营养的吸收,减少并发症的发生。
