疣状胃炎伴或不伴消化性溃疡及糜烂与HP感染的对照研究

目的：比较疣状胃炎伴或不伴消化性溃疡与糜烂与HP感染的差异，研究疣状胃炎与Hp感染之间的关系。方法：139例疣状胃炎根据隆起病灶在胃粘膜的分布部位分为：胃窦型，胃体型，弥漫性，伴或不伴消化性溃疡及糜性Hp感染阳性率对照比较，在隆起病灶取活检5－6块送病理检查，甲苯胺蓝染色观察Hp。结果：胃窦型与胃体型，弥漫型Hp阳性率分别比较有性差异（P＜0．01，P＜0．025），胃体型与弥漫型比较无差异，疣状胃炎伴消化性溃疡与单纯疣状胃类Hp阳性率比较有显著性差异（P＜0．005），而疣状胃炎伴消化性浞 类别间比较无差异，单纯疣状胃炎伴或不伴糜烂之间Hp阳性率无差异。结论：疣状胃炎中胃窦型及伴消化性溃疡患者Hp阳性率最高，判断Hp为重要致病因素之一。

A study on relationship between verrucosa gastritis with or without peptic ulcer or mucosal erosion and helicobacter pylori infection

Objective The relationship between verrucosa gastritis (VG) and Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection was carried out by comparing VG with or without Peptic ulcer (PU) or mucosal erosion to HP infection. Methods According to protruded mucosal lesion location, 139 patients with VG were classified into antral VG,body VG and pangastric VG.The comparision of HP infection incidence in patients with or without PU or mucosal erosion was5 ~6 gastric biopsy specimens from protruded mucosal sites were taken in each case,and HP infection was detected in slides stained by blue tolui-dine. Results Compared with that of body VG and that of pangastric VG respectively,there were significant difference (P<0.01,P<0.025)in HP infection incidence of antral VG.There was significant difference (P<0.005) between VG with PU and VG without PU.No significant difference was found in HP infection incidence among subtype PU with VG,not between VG with mucosal erosion and VG without mucosal erosion. Conclusion HP infection incidence of antral VG and VG with PU were higher than that of those VG.It was concluded that HP infection may be on of main etiological factors for VG.
