摘    要:本试验采用酶联结增强化学发光法(ELECL)检测日本血吸虫病患者血清中循环抗原,同时就其灵敏度与双抗体夹心ELISA法进行了比较。ELECL法检测血清中循环抗原发光峰值与病人血清稀释度成反比。血清稀释度为1:2560时的发光峰值略低于ELECL阳性判断标准的临界值。同一份标本测定三次,其变异系数为6.7~12.8%。用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清中循环抗原,病人血清稀释度为1:40时,其OD值接近ELISA阳性判断标准的临界值。结果表明,ELECL法的灵敏度远较ELISA法高。

Abstract:Using enzyme linked enhanced chemiluminescent (ELECL) to identify circulating antigen in sera from patients with schistosomiasis japonica and to compare its sensitivity with sand- wich-ELISA. The results showed that the chemiluminescent peak value(mV) of ELECL re- vealed inverse ratio to the dilution of the patient's serum. The mV was slight lower than the critical-point of ELECL when the serum was diluted to 1:2560. The coefficient of variation (CV) were 6.7-2. 12.8% when one sample was tested repeatedly 3 times. Using sandwich- ELISA to identify the circulating antigen in the sera, its OD value was close to the critical- point of ELISA when patient's serum was diluted to 1 : 40. It suggested that the sensitivity of ELECL was obviously higher than that of ELISA.
