摘    要:目的:探讨大鼠急性胰腺炎时的过氧化损伤以及栀子提取液对其影响.方法:SD大鼠造模后给予不同药物治疗,24h后采血测定淀粉酶、丙二醛、谷胱甘肽含量分组对比.结果:急性胰腺炎时血淀粉酶、丙二醛水平显著升高,谷胱甘肽水平显著降低.结论:急性胰腺炎时,栀子提取液能够降低丙二醛水平,升高谷胱甘肽水平,提示栀子对急性胰腺炎可发挥有益的影响.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the lipid peroxidation on severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and the effects of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis extract on it Methods SAP models were established in SD rats and treated by different medicaments and 24 hours later,samples are taken for determination of blood amylase,malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione(GSH) levels in different groups.Results In the course of SAP,serum amylase and MDA elevated while GSH reduced obviously.Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis extract could reduce the level of MDA and increase the level of GSH. Conclusion Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis extract can exert favorable effect on SAP through reducing the level of MDA and increasing the level of GSH.
