| 摘 要： | 目的研究p16和细胞周期蛋白D2(cyclin D2)在人卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法实验组选取80例经病理医师诊断为卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的石蜡切片,用免疫组织化学法检测其中的p16和cyclin D2表达的变化,并与健康对照组比较。结果p16和cyclin D2在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤组的表达率分别为12.50%和81.25%,在对照组的表达率分别为27.78%和38.89%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。p16与cyclin D2在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中的表达呈负相关关系。结论人卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中cyclin D2表达明显增高,而p16的表达明显降低,对研究卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的发病,发生具有重要意义。
