人工膝关节与髋关节置换术后病人体温差异的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究人工膝关节与髋关节置换术后病人体温差异。方法 :选择符合条件的人工膝关节置换术病人 41例及人工髋关节置换术病人 3 9例 ,观察术前 2d、手术当日至病人术后 14d内体温及白细胞计数情况。结果 :人工膝关节置换术病人术后14d及每日最高体温与人工髋关节置换术病人相比 ,差异有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而术后白细胞计数差异无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :人工膝关节置换术病人术后体温均高于人工髋关节置换术病人 ,且发热持续时间较长

Abstract:Objective: to study on body temperature difference between patients had undergone artificial knee and hip joint replacement. Methods: a total of 41 cases underwent artificial knee joint replacements and 39 cases underwent artificial hip joint replacements were selected. Body temperature changes and white blood cell counts (WBC) on the day the operation being performed, 2 days before the operation, and until 14 days after the operation of all these patients were observed respectively. Results: in terms of body temperature 14 days after the operation and the highest temperature on each day, there are statistical difference between patients underwent artificial knee joint replacement and those underwent hip joint replacement (P<0.05). However, there is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of their WBC (P>0.05). Conclusion: body temperature in postoperative patients underwent artificial knee joint replacement was higher than that of patients underwent hip joint replacement. Moreover, patients underwent artificial knee joint replacement have longer duration of fever.
