| 摘 要： | 当前青年医生中普遍存在医学伦理教育缺失的问题是造成医患关系不和谐的重要原因之一。通过对医患关系中存在的不和谐现象和道德矛盾冲突等问题的分析，揭露和剖析了青年医生医学伦理教育缺失的主要原因，并由此对如何加强青年医生的医学伦理教育提出了一些基本思路和对策。

| Abstract: | The lack of medical ethics education among young doctors substantially hinders the construction of a harmonious physician-patient relationship under the current condition. This paper addresses the disharmonies and ethical conflicts in current physician-patient relationship, and sheds light on major factors related to the causes of the lack of medical ethics education among young doctors. Furthermore, special considerations and coping strategies to eliminate this dilemma are also provided. |
